Danny Hogenkamp
Since founding the company in 2017, Danny's capacity and roles have continued to grow. He has served as CEO and Chairman of Grassroots Analytics since 2020, where he manages GA's industry-leading progressive consumer database and oversees GA's numerous investments.
Claudia Shrivastava
Claudia serves as CFO of Grassroots Analytics, as well as Treasurer of the board. As someone who has previously worked in the campaign space, as well as in finance focusing on structured credit investments, Claudia is the ideal person to lead the company's financial charge.
Ryan Dunn
As Grassroots Analytics' Director of Operations since 2020, Ryan knows the ins and outs of GA better than anyone. He is excited to continue to serve GA in the capacity of Secretary of the Board.
Maria Diaz
Maria (she/her/ella) is a Florida native who is passionate about helping to build progressive power from the ground up. Maria joined the Grassroots team after working on the Independent Expenditure side in Florida, advising and helping to fund over 60 electoral campaigns. Previously, she worked at a health policy think tank, analyzing state data and laws related to Medicaid and the ACA Marketplaces and Maria is also an HFA alum.
Zach Krasner
Raised in the mountains of central Vermont, Zach grew up with a strong passion for understanding and building technology. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, he began a career at Bridgewater Associates implementing a platform for the world's biggest investors to achieve their investment goals. He's excited to help Grassroots Analytics grow into the future.
Joey Mamlin
Meghan McAnespie
Meghan serves at the Digital Director for Grassroots Analytics Campaigns and Director of Grassroots Analytics Non-Profit. As someone who has spearheaded digital strategy for Democratic candidates across the country, Meghan's immense knowledge is a huge asset, both for the board and across GA.
Julia Murray
Julia serves as Director of Digital Sales with GA Campaigns and sits on the board. Julia joined the Grassroots team as a data contractor while attending Syracuse University, and has been lucky to not only see the progress GA has made, but to have been a significant part of it. She’s excited to continue aiding GA going forward, and is incredibly proud of the progressive changes that Grassroots’ technology makes possible for candidate fundraising.
Sarah Elizabeth Pole
Sarah Elizabeth serves as Grassroots Analytics' Director of Marketing and Communications, in addition to her board seat. She joined GA in early 2018, when it was still somewhat in its infancy; she has enjoyed not only watching GA thrive, but takes pride in having been a part of that growth from the early onset. As someone who spent her formative years in red states, Sarah Elizabeth believes strongly in the importance of representative government, and looks forward to seeing GA continue to aid in making that a reality. A graduate of UVA's McIntire School of Commerce, Sarah Elizabeth believes that a small team is all that's necessary to be a strong catalyst for change.
Frank Silva
Frank Silva is a solutions engineer at a leading artificial intelligence and machine learning company. He specializes in a wide variety of advanced analytical use cases, and is focused on growing the presence of data analytics and artificial intelligence in Latin American markets. Previously, he was the technical lead of a data analytics team focusing on enabling professional sports organizations to conduct predictive analytics projects.
Scott Steever
Scott joins the board as an avid supporter of cause-driven investing and believes in the power granted back to society through the access and democratization of investing. His background lies in healthcare, from working with physicians and hospitals as a sales manager at Smith & Nephew to his current role as a Healthcare Specialist within J.P. Morgan's Investment Bank.
Tinatin Japaridze
Tinatin Japaridze is Vice President of Business Development & Strategy at The Critical Mass, and Special Advisor at Eurasia Group in Washington, DC, bringing 15 years of International Relations, media and communications experience in the global security domain to the enterprise.
Previously she worked for the City of New York as the Press Secretary for New York’s COVID-19 Response at NYC Health & Hospitals. She also served as the United Nations Bureau Chief for Eastern European media outlets and U.N. Radio host and producer of her own radio show on current affairs and security in the international arena.
In 2019-2020, she worked on two key political campaigns in New York State—both a Congressional race as well as a State Assembly campaign for which she raised a record-breaking $449,323 in a single filing period.
Tinatin has authored a critically acclaimed monograph, “Stalin’s Millennials: Nostalgia, Trauma and Nationalism” published by Rowman & Littlefield in 2022.

Owen Turnbull
Owen is a current undergraduate student at the University of Maryland. Studying both Political and Data Sciences, Owen hopes to integrate his knowledge of statistics and politics in order to assist progressive campaigns around the country. Prior to this internship, Owen worked for Maryland State Senator Ronald Young as a legislative aide. He has also worked extensively as an aid in the Maryland Senate.

Josh Vera O'Steen
A proud Seattle native, Josh joins Grassroots Analytics with a strong background in statistics and previous internship experience in political consulting. He helped conduct research on legislative behavior at American University’s Center for Data Science and has done academic research on voter microtargeting. As someone who cares deeply about progressive causes, Josh is excited to be helping progressive campaigns win across the country.
