Fundraising Premier is our most comprehensive package. It’s designed to maximize your fundraising potential and provide you with the right data at the right time – whether that's a call time list of donors in Michigan, an email list of donors who care about education, or an analysis of the capacity of your mobile donors. 
Beyond the data, Fundraising Premier includes access to a Fundraising Strategist – a  dedicated expert for your team – who partners with you from start to finish. These experts can tailor the service to your immediate needs and answer any questions you have along the way.

How often can we meet to review performance and adjust strategy?

Accepted Answer

Once you are paired with a Fundraising Strategist, you’ll receive a link to schedule check-ins whenever you need them. Most campaigns and causes schedule meetings monthly.

Can I integrate my existing donor data into your targeting?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We start off the service by conducting an analysis of your current donor file and provide you with: 
 • Insight into the types of donors that give to your candidate or cause to target similar donors who you have not yet contacted. 
 • A donor gap list, which identifies donors who have not yet given to their full capacity and might be worth re-soliciting. 
 • Notation of existing donors who have maxed out to the campaign, or contributed already at any amount, so you can focus on prospecting new donors. 
 • Additional data analysis at the recommendation of your Fundraising Strategist

Question 4

What’s the typical turnaround time for list requests for call time, email, or data match lists with Fundraising Premier?

Accepted Answer

During the business week, most list requests can be turned around for your team in 24 hours or less. During busier periods such as EOQ, our team will coordinate with you on specific turnaround expectations.

Please note: The GA office is not open on weekends and has a 3pm closure time on Fridays. List requests that come in over the weekend are generally responded to on Monday.

Does the GA team make calls or send emails for my campaign?

We set you up with the right tools and data so you can run your fundraising operations yourself.

GA does offer two services for which our team manages everything: With Mobile and Mail Fundraising services, we take on fundraising efforts from start to finish, including data targeting, content creation, and outreach. You can ask your personal Fundraising Strategist about adding these services to your Fundraising Premier package any time!
