What changed? 

When Quiller was started, the team made a foundational decision to keep Quiller “LLM-agnostic.” In layman’s terms, that leaves us able to use the highest-quality large language model at any given moment, always prioritizing our standards for privacy, data ownership, bias mitigation, security, and content quality over loyalty to a certain platform. As we continuously monitor changes in the data world – and talk to our core users about their own experiences – it became clear that we’d entered a perfect storm of opportunity. Evolutions in the technology that powers AI, feedback from users, and the looming political “on-year” all told us it was time for Quiller’s next steps.

In this key update, we’ve doubled the language power behind Quiller’s inner workings without sacrificing any of those core privacy and quality standards. Using this dual-model LLM system, we’ve fine-tuned the machine learning that allows Quiller to truly understand your voice, cutting down the back-and-forth of copy edits. 

AI will continue to evolve, and so will we. But what didn’t change, and never will? We’ll continue to only use high quality, ethical AI that empowers, not duplicates, the people doing important progressive work every day. 

What can users expect? 

Users can expect Quiller to be even better! All the updates from our Quiller 2.0 rollout are still here, like the option to collaborate directly with our chatbot or fill out a pre-made draft template, and the ability to create nuanced messages for everything from campaign fundraising to nonprofit advocacy. But now, users can count on Quiller to listen and understand more quickly, remember repeated prompts and requests, and deliver more fine-tuned personalization.  

Yes, this is about what you can expect. But it’s also about what you deserve.
